This Corp is to give opportunity to practice real PvP without the horror of constant expensive disasters that give folks the "shakes". 

It is certainly a thing to make (yet another) alpha account/character with the sole pupose of having the option to Ronduri with us. In this case, don't train that character in any actual non-corvette ships.  Just get the guns, missiles, drones, navigation, engineering, shields, armor, targeting, ewar, etc.  ALL characters can fly ALL the Corvettes and we'll keep a supply of ALL the races ships around, so you can do ALL the things.  We also have a pile of the cheap guns, ammo, and other fitting stuff to hand out. Note the "CHEAP".
