Getting Started

Log in with EVE SSO, authorize scopes, and find your way around

4 steps
1

Navigate to your corp's EHR URL and click "Log In with EVE Online"

You'll be taken to EVE's official OAuth page (login.eveonline.com). Log in with your EVE account credentials — EHR never sees your password.

💡Your EHR account is tied to your EVE character, not a separate password. Use the same account you log into EVE with.
2

Authorize all requested ESI scopes

After logging in at EVE SSO, you'll see a list of scopes EHR is requesting. Click Authorize and accept all of them. Skipping scopes will break features like mining tracking, mail, or fleet tools.

⚠️Accept all scopes shown — not just the ones you think you need. You can always re-authorize later if something breaks.
3

Wait for director approval (first-time accounts)

New accounts show a "Pending Approval" state until a director approves your access. Ping your director or recruiter in Discord — approvals are manual and not automatic.

4

Explore the dashboard — the left sidebar is your main navigation

After approval you land on the home page. Use the left sidebar to navigate. Sections you don't have permission to see are hidden — this is normal.

Buy Back

Sell ore, minerals, and salvage to the corp using the paste form

4 steps
1

Navigate to Buy Back → Sell Items

Expand the Buy Back section in the left sidebar and click Sell Items. You'll see a two-column layout: a paste form on the left and a live quote panel on the right.

2

Copy items from your EVE inventory and paste them

In EVE, open your Inventory or Cargo Hold. Press Ctrl+A to select all, then Ctrl+C to copy. Back in EHR, click the text area and press Ctrl+V. The format Veldspar   148,220 is what EVE copies natively.

💡Click Preview Quote first to check the valuation before committing. This doesn't lock in the order.
3

Click "Submit Order" — your order enters the confirmation queue

Once you're happy with the quote, click Submit Order. The button changes to Submitted and the order moves to the director's confirmation queue. You'll see it appear under Your Orders at the bottom of the page.

4

A director confirms and pays — watch the Confirmations page

Approvers see your order in the Pending Confirmations table below. They review it, confirm it's correct, then send the ISK in-game and mark it paid.

1

Click "Place New Order"

Opens the order form. Set pickup and dropoff locations, paste your item list, and enter the total m³ volume.

2

Review the price estimate

The system calculates cost based on volume and jump count using the corp's rate tables. Confirm the estimate looks right.

💡Check m³ in-game first. Right-click items → Show Info → Volume. Incorrect volumes delay hauler acceptance.
3

Submit and track status

Your order enters the hauler queue as Pending. Watch it progress: Pending → Accepted → In Transit → Delivered.

2

Accept, pick up, and fly

Click Accept, collect items at pickup in EVE, and fly your route in-game.

⚠️Only accept orders you can complete promptly. Sitting on accepted orders blocks other haulers and can get your access revoked.
3

Drop off and mark delivered

Drop items at destination in EVE, then click Mark as Delivered in EHR. The requester confirms receipt and your reward is processed.

Mining Ops

Join an active op, keep participation synced, and manage linked alts

3 steps
1

Navigate to User Navigation → Mining Ops

The Mining Command Deck shows whether there is an active op you can join. If the mining ESI scope is missing, you'll see a yellow warning prompting you to authorize it.

2

3
Start a New Operation panel — directors use this to create and configure new ops for members to join.
2

Click "Join Op" while actively mining in EVE

Joining registers you as active and begins tracking your ore pulls via ESI mining ledger. Your contribution updates in near-real-time as you mine. Join before you start mining for the cleanest tracking.

💡ESI mining data is generally delayed by up to 5 minutes. Your ore still counts even if the numbers update slightly after you leave.
3

Link alt characters before the op starts

If you mine on alts, link them under User Controls → Characters before joining. EHR combines all linked alts' ore under your main account for payout calculation.

⚠️If an alt's ore isn't showing, remove it from User Controls and re-add it. This forces a fresh ESI token and ledger refresh for that character.
⚔️

Fleets & SRP

Submit ship losses for reimbursement and track the payout process

5 steps
1

Go to Fleets → SRP

The SRP page loads your recent kill mails automatically from ESI. You'll see your personal losses listed as cards with ship name, date, and ISK lost.

2
Personal Payout History — loads your completed SRP claims. Click Load History to see past payouts.
2

Click "Submit SRP" on the kill you want to claim

A dialog opens with your corp's SRP form. Answer all questions — common ones include fleet type, FC name, and whether your fit was doctrine-compliant. All questions are required.

⚠️Select the correct fleet type. The reimbursement rate is configured per fleet type — choosing the wrong one gives the wrong payout.
3

Wait for approver review

Your claim enters the Pending Confirmations queue (visible to SRP approvers below the killmails section). An approver reviews the kill, sets the reimbursement percentage, and deducts any insurance payout you already received in-game.

4

Approved claims go into the payout queue

Once approved, your character is added to the Ship Payouts list. The approver sends ISK to your character in-game and clicks Mark as Paid.

5

Check your EVE wallet to confirm receipt

The SRP ISK arrives as a direct EVE transfer. Your claim moves to Personal Payout History in EHR once marked complete.

💡SRP is processed in batches. Most corps aim for 24–48 hours. If it's been over a week, ping the SRP approver in Discord.

Loyalty Points

Earn LP for fleet attendance, spend in the corp store, and track milestones

1

Earn LP by attending fleet ops

Points are awarded automatically when a fleet op is confirmed by a FleetManager. Each fleet type has a configured LP award. Check Loyalty Points → History for your running total.

2

Browse the LP Store and submit orders

Navigate to Loyalty Points → Store. Browse available items, add them to your cart, and place an order. Admins fulfil orders from the setup side when stock is available.

3

Track milestones

Reaching configured point thresholds unlocks milestone badges shown on your profile. Check Loyalty Points → Milestones to see your progress and what's next.

💡Add alts under User Controls → Characters before a mining op so their ore is tracked under your account.

📋

Recruitment — Applying to a Corp

How to submit an application and what to expect during review

5 steps
1

Open the corp's recruitment URL

Your recruiter shares a link to the application page. You don't need to be a corp member — just an EVE account. Log in with EVE SSO when prompted.

2

Authorize recruitment scopes

The scopes requested at this stage are read-only — they let recruiters see skills, assets, corp history, and contacts. EHR cannot modify anything in your EVE account.

💡You can see exactly what data is visible to recruiters from your profile at any time.
3

Answer the application form

Fill in the corp's custom questions honestly. Recruiters cross-reference your answers against your in-game data. All questions are required before you can submit.

4

Monitor status in My Applications

Log in to EHR and navigate to Recruitment → My Applications to check status. Recruiters may leave questions or comments — check back regularly.

5

Accept the in-game corp invite

When approved, a recruiter sends an in-game invite. After accepting in EVE, your EHR account automatically upgrades to full member access on next login. Read the New Member Guide for corp onboarding content.

Each record shows: Skills, Assets, Corp History, Contacts, Wallet Journal, and EVE Mails — all pulled live from ESI. Use Mini View tabs for a quick scan before opening full data.

💡Corp History is often the most revealing panel. Short stays under 1–2 weeks in past corps are worth asking about directly.
2

Leave recruiter comments

Use the Comments panel to document your findings. Comments are visible to all recruiters but not to the applicant.

3

Approve or Deny

Use the action buttons to move the state. On Approve, send the in-game invite manually. Denied applicants can optionally be added to the Blacklist to flag future applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to questions that come up in Discord every week

Can I add multiple characters / alts?
Yes. Go to User Controls → Characters and click Add Alt. You'll go through EVE SSO for the alt character. Once linked, mining data and other ESI data are combined under your main account.
Why do I keep getting logged out or need to re-authorize?
EVE ESI refresh tokens are invalidated when you change your EVE password, when CCP resets tokens during security events, or when you manually revoke app access in EVE's account management. Re-authorize from the Scopes page when this happens.
My buyback was submitted — when will I get paid?
Payment speed depends on your corp's schedule. A director must confirm the order in EHR and then send the ISK in-game. Most corps pay within 24–48 hours. Check the order status in Buyback for updates.
How do I report a bug?
Use the Report a Bug button in the navigation. Describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots or browser console errors help diagnosis significantly.
Can I use EHR on mobile?
Yes — the site is responsive and works on mobile browsers. Dense tables like the mining ledger are easier on desktop, but core flows (buyback, SRP, mining ops join) work well on a phone.
I changed corps in EVE — EHR still shows my old corp
Log out and back in — EHR re-reads your character's corp from ESI on login. If it still shows the old corp, your ESI token may need re-authorizing. Contact an admin if the problem persists after re-logging.
What does "Pending Approval" mean for my account?
A director needs to manually approve your account before you get full access. This gate prevents unauthorized access to corp data. Ping your recruiter or director in Discord — they may not know you registered.
